Mr. Jeffries is Board President of Restart, Inc. A Minnesota non-profit organization that re-educates and rehabilitates survivors of traumatic brain injury. Restart operates residential homes, assisted living apartments and a staff of Outreach workers throughout the community to develop TBI clients’ Independent Living Skills.
